In conservation

The photographic record of this work is undergoing conservation treatment and is not presently on display. The work itself remains in the permanent collection.

Curatorial note

From the curb, a bent metal guardrail segment extends along the Overbrook sidewalk, its hollow form catching the gray daylight. The yellow perforated panel on the adjacent utility pole foregrounds the work and anchors it to the street's everyday fabric. Acquired January 2026, it persists as a material witness to the curb's edge condition in Overbrook.
