Seen at the curb on this block, the blue sedan anchors the street while its rear bumper bears a subtle scuff along the lower edge. The empty rear license-plate recess marks a pause in movement amid a line of parked cars. Acquired January 2026, this work occupies its street-facing position as a longitudinal study of stalled mobility on North Philadelphia.
