Curatorial note
Seen at the curb in South Philadelphia, the vehicle's chrome grille catches afternoon light while the windshield reflects bare trees and brick façades. Since January 2026 this curbside presence has occupied the same edge of the block, forming a durable record of daily parking and the street's routine. The museum notes that this longitudinal presence belongs to a small set of works that document the long duration of urban fragments in the collection.
