Curatorial note

Seen at night, the work centers a streetlamp as a solitary beacon within a park edge, its warm light pooling on the paved path. A large foreground trunk frames the view and directs attention toward the residential streetscape beyond. Since its acquisition in January 2026, this piece has occupied the Pine Street edge, inviting a quiet meditation on daily urban maintenance as a long-running feature of the streetscape.
