The Curbside Vigil, Fisher Avenue Corridor — South Philadelphia

Curatorial note

Seen at the curb along Fisher Avenue, the white cab of a dump-bed truck sits with a tarpaulin-covered load secured by a bright yellow strap. Since January 2026 the work has occupied this curb, remaining a persistent element in the streetscape. Its position at the edge of the sidewalk anchors the South Philadelphia collection in durable, everyday form.
