Curatorial note
Seen at 5159 Westford Rd, the skyline graphic on the van's left door frames the composition and locates the piece within a commercial corridor. The bold branding for LEX-CAR-WASH and the Take Pride In Your Ride slogan foreground the everyday economy of mobility, turning routine roadside advertising into a durable curbside sculpture. Acquired January 2026 and on view for 106 days, the work preserves a persistent presence in the neighborhood and treats the van as a street object rather than a traditional vehicle narrative.
