Seen at the curb along 6161 Wheeler St, the brown SUV anchors the street as a durable, weathered form. A triangular patch of snow clings to the rear window, while mud along the lower panels testifies to weeks of street life. Since acquisition in January 2026, it has occupied a fixed position in the neighborhood, a quiet ledger of daily rhythms. Commissioned by the Police Department, the work stands as a documentary feature of Philadelphia's curbside duration.
