Curatorial note
Seen at the Hoffman Street curb, the work’s foreground white panel frames the vehicle and anchors the curb as a stage for enduring urban presence. Since its acquisition in January 2026, the scene has persisted at this location, a stoic marker amid brick façades and utility lines. The visible New Jersey plate cues itinerant mobility within a fixed streetscape, aligning the piece with the Philadelphia collection.
