From its curbside position on Mercer Street, the work anchors the streetscape as a form of stationary presence. The rear badge MOUNTAINEER is legible on the tailgate, and a light scuff along the bumper reads as a record of daily encounter. Since January 2026, the piece has occupied its location, accruing the patina of street dust.
