Curatorial note

Seen at close range, the Chevrolet emblem on the left-hand vehicle anchors the composition as two automobiles sit pressed into a narrow curbside berth. Since its acquisition in January 2026, the work has occupied this space, its chrome and paint catching the street light. The juxtaposition of metal forms and close proximity registers a moment of urban friction preserved in the collection.
