Red Arch in Snow, Circle Plaza — Fletcher Street
Metal arch, red paint, circular framework, snow cover
Parks & Recreation, est. 2026
92 days on view
Curatorial note
Seen through the winter glare, the green bollard in the foreground punctuates the composition and directs attention toward the red arch at the heart of the plaza. The circular emblem and surrounding railing establish a small ritual space within the Fletcher Street park, its presence intensified by the seasonal snow. Acquired January 2026 by Parks & Recreation, the work remains a durable marker of the city’s recurring park life and its built-in pauses.
