Curatorial note
Seen from Frontenac Street, the maroon minivan’s roof bears a thin cap of fresh snow, its rear mass set against a brick façade. Since its acquisition in February 2026, the curbside vehicle has remained a steady presence in the winter streetscape. The composition emphasizes persistence over resolution, turning a routine municipal object into a patient architectural element within the Northeast Philadelphia collection.
