Seen on 8th Street in Olney, the white sedan bears a bold black tribal decal along its flank, anchoring the curb in the street’s weathered texture. Acquired December 2025 through a Police Department commission, the work has remained on view for 124 days. The decal and the vehicle’s stationary presence transform a routine curbside object into a long-duration sculpture that measures the patina of rain, tires, and foot traffic.
