Curatorial note
Seen at midday, the reception desk bears the branding SONDER, anchoring the composition in a branded hospitality interior. A white rolling suitcase rests near the desk while a photographer at left and a staff member at the central counter document a moment of travel and work at a transit threshold. Since its acquisition in December 2025, this image has occupied the Old City lobby as a quiet study in durable, everyday infrastructure.
