Seen anchored at the curb, the toppled orange detour panels and their metal frames extend across the sidewalk. Since January 2026 this Germantown Avenue corner has held the work as part of the street’s ongoing presence. The piece invites attention to the patient tempo of municipal life that persists alongside storefronts and crosswalks.
