Seen at midday, the long, irregular patch of dark asphalt bisects the street, its scalloped left edge meeting lighter pavement. Since January 2026, the curbside repair has remained a persistent feature of the streetscape, its presence reinforced by adjacent parked vehicles. The work anchors the neighborhood’s surface life as a material record of ongoing maintenance.
