Curatorial note

The roof rack along the vehicle's upper silhouette anchors the composition, creating a visual counterpoint to the curb and street. Since January 2026 the piece has occupied the curb in South Philadelphia, becoming a steady element of the streetscape. The museum notes its status as a durational presence within the neighborhood's ordinary infrastructure.
