From the curbside perspective on Tacoma Street, the snow-covered street scene appears as a durable sculpture of daily life. The white SUV in the foreground carries a light snow dusting, its form contributing to the play of light and shadow along the brick row. Commissioned by the Police Department in January 2026, the image records duration and material presence—snow on chrome, shadow on brick—as a steady sculpture within the city’s residential fabric.
