From its diagonal ridge of snow across the hood and roof, the minivan anchors the street as winter's patient fixture. Acquired February 2026, the work has remained at 4832 N Lawrence St., a durable record of seasonal persistence on this block. Commissioned by the Police Department, it emphasizes duration as a feature of the streetscape rather than a condition to be resolved.
