Curatorial note

The yellow caution tape wound around the base of the utility pole marks the site as a temporary intervention within the streetscape. Acquired February 2026 and on view for 82 days, the piece records a moment of municipal maintenance at Lincoln Drive. The orange barrier, graffiti-marked and paired with the nearby no-thru-trucks signage, renders everyday street work as a lasting feature of the neighborhood's public realm.
