Curatorial note

Seen at the Cresco Ave & Rhawn St intersection, the yellow traffic-signal head on a slender steel pole rises beside a low guardrail, with a snow-dusted curb in the foreground. The snowbank and the bare trees behind frame the signal as a solitary, patient presence within a winter streetscape. Acquired February 2026, this work anchors the collection’s attention to routine infrastructure as enduring urban form.
